Overview of the role
The Senior HR Analyst position focuses on leading and optimizing people-related processes, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business objectives. This role involves acting as a strategic partner to leadership while overseeing core HR operations and supporting employee development, driving engagement initiatives, analyzing HR metrics, and continuously improving HR processes, systems, and policies.
Key responsibilities
– Leading and managing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
– Acting as a strategic partner to leadership on people-related topics and initiatives.
– Ensuring compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.
– Driving employee engagement, performance management, and development initiatives.

Requirements
– HR Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in human resources, people operations, or related roles.
– HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, labor regulations, and employee relations.
– Business Partnership: Experience acting as a business partner for leadership teams.
– Complex Case Management: Ability to manage complex HR cases and sensitive situations effectively.
– Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
– Communication Excellence: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
– Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
