Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Brazilian market.
  • Establish annual sales targets, decompose them into monthly and quarterly milestones, and ensure timely, high-quality fulfillment.
  • Monitor market dynamics in real time, actively acquire new customers, and broaden business channels.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, draft and sign sales contracts, and manage the entire pipeline including order follow-up, delivery, collection, and after-sales service.
  • Analyze regional PV policies and market trends to provide a solid data foundation for corporate business decisions.
  • Independently build and manage long-term, high-value client portfolios.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid sales experience specifically in the PV module or solar industry, with a proven track record.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with outstanding cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset focused on achieving measurable results.
  • High adaptability, willingness to undertake frequent business travel across Brazil, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
