To maximize manufacturing plant uptime, this role ensures the continuous reliability of production

machinery and electrical distribution systems through rapid troubleshooting and precise repairs. The position guarantees strict compliance with company safety policies and statutory Brazilian regulations, including NR-10 electrical safety standards. By executing comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules and utilizing SAP systems, the technician optimizes asset efficiency, tracks component inventory, and minimizes operational delays. Additionally, the role collaborates across functional teams to drive continuous improvement, implementing energy-saving upgrades and lean manufacturing initiatives to boost plant productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operational activities related to maintenance electrician (certified).
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, finance, and HR teams.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Participate in audits, management reviews, and operational planning.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification relevant to the role.
  • Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred.
  • NBR15152 Certified and NR10 Certified
  • You must speak English – Conversational Level
