Responsibilities

1. Build and own the partner pipeline, sourcing indie animation studios, IP holders, and institutional partners across AIGC and emerging formats & grow them into long term relationships

2. Build and own Key Creator pipeline, sourcing & networking with Key Creators & grow into long term relationships.

3. Represent the company at industry events (festivals, conventions, co-production forums), building visibility and a strong personal network across the local content scene, and turning it into pipeline.

4. Plan and host events, showcases, and meetups that convene creators and partners and put us at the center of the community.

5. Lead end-to-end, high-touch negotiations with customized cooperation models, and act as the trusted long-term point of contact for Key Creator relationships & institutional partners.

6. Partner with product and operations teams to build content showcases and ensure smooth delivery, partner satisfaction, and healthy account growth.

7. Read the local market, culture, and competitor activity, and feed that intelligence back to the team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Languages, Communications, Journalism, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Native or near-native English, with deep familiarity with the local (US / UK) content landscape and culture.

3. 2+ years in business development or partnerships, ideally with existing connections across IP companies, animation/comic/novel studios or production agencies, and AI studios & tools.

4. Proven relationship-building skills with an interest for opening new doors, comfortable representing a brand publicly and organizing events.

5. Genuine interest in the digital content industry, with a community mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and cultural sensitivity.

6. Highly self-driven, a fast learner, and resilient, with the stamina for relationship-led deal cycles.
