Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact strategic partnerships within a leading healthcare organization. This role plays a critical front-office function, connecting the company with key external stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, including public institutions, private sector partners, and industry players.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities and new business models across public and private sectors
- Lead the structuring and execution of complex partnerships, including Productive Development Partnerships (PDPs) and technological collaborations
- Conduct and lead high-level negotiations for long-term agreements, ensuring alignment with business and compliance objectives
- Act as the main point of contact with external stakeholders, including government bodies, public laboratories, and healthcare institutions
- Develop and implement governance models, KPIs, and execution frameworks for partnerships
- Ensure disciplined execution and continuous monitoring of projects, including risk and performance management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Public Affairs) in a matrix environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Health Sciences, or related fields (MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus)
- Significant experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, strategic consulting, or related sectors
- Proven track record in business development and strategic partnerships, including complex negotiations and multi-stakeholder project leadership
- Experience engaging with public sector stakeholders and government institutions is required
- Fluent English (required), with ability to operate in global environments
