ABOUT ROLE
responsible for supporting leadership and acting as a bridge between operation and control functions, ensuring process adherence, investigation quality, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
– Support Team Leader and Supervisor in daily operational control
– Perform detailed analysis of process deviations and operational risks
– Support complex investigations and root cause analysis
– Monitor KPIs and identify trends and improvement opportunities
– Ensure standardization of processes across shifts
– Support audits, validations, and operational checks
– Act as technical reference for operators and assistant TLs
– Provide guidance and training to strengthen team capability
– Support action plans to improve quality, SLA, and productivity
– Escalate critical issues and propose preventive actions
