Join our team and help shape the future of sports entertainment in a fast-growing global iGaming business. We’re looking for a commercially driven Sportsbook Operations Manager to lead our sportsbook strategy, optimize betting operations, and deliver exceptional player experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the overall strategy and day-to-day management of the Sportsbook business, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
• Oversee sportsbook operations including market availability, odds performance, event coverage, betting content, and platform optimization.
• Develop and maintain the annual sports calendar, aligning major sporting events, seasonal campaigns, and local market opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with sportsbook providers to ensure competitive offerings, platform stability, and continuous product enhancements.
• Design and execute promotional campaigns including Free Bets, Odds Boosts, Cashback, Accumulator Bonuses, and event-specific activations to maximize acquisition and retention.
• Monitor and analyze key business metrics including Turnover, Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), Net Gaming Revenue (NGR), active users, conversion, retention, and campaign performance.
• Partner closely with Marketing and CRM teams to develop customer engagement strategies and lifecycle campaigns.
• Collaborate with Risk, Trading, and Compliance teams to manage betting exposure, fraud prevention, betting limits, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sportsbook platform providers, managing integrations, issue resolution, system enhancements, and operational improvements.
• Ensure all sportsbook content, banners, betting rules, and promotional communications are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.
• Identify customer behavior trends and market opportunities through data analysis to improve product performance and commercial results.
• Prepare regular business reports and provide recommendations on operational performance, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation to senior management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Sportsbook Operations, Trading Operations, or Sports Betting Management within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook products, betting markets, odds management, player behavior, and promotional mechanics.
• Commercial mindset with experience managing sportsbook performance, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Product, Risk, Trading, and Compliance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational and customer performance data.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple sporting events and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly when working with external providers and international teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience within the Brazilian regulated betting market.
• Experience launching or expanding sportsbook operations in regulated jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with sportsbook platforms, back-office systems, trading tools, and operational dashboards.
• Knowledge of retention, VIP, loyalty, and cross-selling strategies across Sportsbook and Casino products.
• Good understanding of Brazilian sports, customer betting behaviors, and key sporting events.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments with strict compliance standards.
