We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Key Accounts to lead our efforts in Brazil, focusing on acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with top brands. This leader will play a critical role in shaping our market presence by building high-impact partnerships and leading a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the strategy and execution to identify, engage, and sign top-tier brands in Brazil
  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue and partnership value
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Key Accounts team
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 13+ years proven experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Commercial Leadership roles
  • Strong network and deep understanding of the Brazilian market and ecosystem (e.g., e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage complex negotiations
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and developing teams
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong execution skills
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English required
