We are currently looking for a Key Account Management Leader with strong experience to drive strategy and growth of key accounts across Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers, ensuring achievement of commercial targets.
  • Define and execute growth strategies with full P&L responsibility (sales, volume, and profitability).
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities (e.g., cross-selling and portfolio expansion).
  • Coordinate initiatives with regional and international teams.
  • Collaborate closely with strategic suppliers to enhance value proposition.
  • Ensure excellence in customer service and commercial execution.

Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales within the chemical sector (mandatory).
  • Proven experience leading commercial teams and managing key accounts.
  • Strong results-driven mindset with solid financial acumen.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
