We are currently looking for a Key Account Management Leader with strong experience to drive strategy and growth of key accounts across Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers, ensuring achievement of commercial targets.
- Define and execute growth strategies with full P&L responsibility (sales, volume, and profitability).
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities (e.g., cross-selling and portfolio expansion).
- Coordinate initiatives with regional and international teams.
- Collaborate closely with strategic suppliers to enhance value proposition.
- Ensure excellence in customer service and commercial execution.
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales within the chemical sector (mandatory).
- Proven experience leading commercial teams and managing key accounts.
- Strong results-driven mindset with solid financial acumen.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
