Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze and validate data for GHG inventory and ESG reporting for the U.S. tobacco operations.
  • Report data on EcoOnline reporting platform.
  • Assist with the design, development and maintenance data visualization dashboards using BI and other tools to support performance monitoring, decision‑making, and reporting.
  • Assist with preparation of clear, data‑driven presentations and materials for internal stakeholders, leadership, and external reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, functions, operations, and IS to improve data capture, system alignment, governance, and training.
  • Analyze GHG data and identify key trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance of reporting with evolving GHG reporting requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Sustainability, Business or Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Business, or related discipline.
  • Academic background or coursework in Sustainability is considered a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced Excel skills include Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and data modeling.
  • Power BI
  • Experience with sustainability software platforms preferred.
  • Relevant professional experience in sustainability, environmental compliance, data analytics, reporting, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of sustainability programs, greenhouse gas (GHG) and ESG reporting.
  • Manufacturing or industrial operations experience preferred.
  • Experience managing and supporting internal and external reporting requirements, including data validation, quality assurance, issue identification, and corrective action resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain information, results, and reporting requirements to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining data accuracy and improving reporting and data management processes.
