About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Partner Management Manager to lead strategic partnerships and drive sustainable business growth. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and proven experience navigating complex and long sales cycles with senior decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships while owning the full partnership lifecycle—from opportunity identification and deal structuring through implementation, growth, and long-term relationship management.

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close collaboration with Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Develop partnership strategies that create long-term commercial value and competitive advantage.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, white spaces, and new business opportunities.

Commercial Negotiation & Deal Management

  • Lead complex commercial negotiations involving multiple stakeholders, long sales cycles, and sophisticated deal structures.
  • Own the end-to-end partnership process, from prospecting and opportunity qualification to contract execution and post-launch growth.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, pricing models, revenue-sharing frameworks, and strategic collaboration terms.
  • Manage contract renewals, renegotiations, and expansion opportunities to maximize partner lifetime value.
  • Drive alignment among internal and external stakeholders throughout the negotiation process.

Partner Growth & Account Management

  • Develop strategic account plans for key partners to drive revenue growth and deepen relationships.
  • Monitor partnership performance through KPIs, business reviews, and growth initiatives.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing partnerships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment, performance, and long-term success.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Key Account Management, or Enterprise Sales.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales and negotiation cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience negotiating high-value commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong experience managing executive-level relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and commercial acumen.
