About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in driving operational excellence across our platform. In this role, you will monitor core business data, identify critical operational challenges, and translate insights into effective product and operational strategies.
Responsibilities
1. Monitor overall core data, and analyze and identify key operation issues, and drive solutions through product or operational strategy measures.
2. Establishing a viable target logic that considers platform demands and business strategies to guide operations in adjusting capacity strategies across different scenarios
3. Conduct rapid and in-depth analysis on critical issues of business indicators, propose solutions, take the lead in driving strategy implementation, and track improvement outcomes
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Work experience in the internet/logistics/O2O (online-to-offline) industry. Experience with logistics operation, analysis, strategy, data or in food delivery companies is preferred.
3. Results-oriented, data-driven, with strong communication and resource integration capabilities.
4. Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in using various data analysis tools, such as SQL, Python and other languages/tools.
5. Advanced/Fluent English is required.
