We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst who will work strategically and consultatively in the company’s financial planning structure, being responsible for consolidating the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, directly supporting leadership in decision-making process. Conduct complex performance analyses, identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency, ensure the reliability of financial information, and contribute to the development of best FP&A practices.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the process of preparing, consolidating, and monitoring the annual budget and forecasts.
  • Conduct advanced financial analyses, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and significant differences between actuals, budget, and forecast.
  • Act as a financial partner to business areas, supporting managers in decision-making through profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency analyses.
  • Coordinate the monthly closing, ensuring the quality and consistency of financial information.
  • Develop complex financial models for projections, business cases, economic feasibility studies, and financial analyses.
  • Prepare executive presentations for the board, highlighting key financial result variances and strategic recommendations.
  • Take initiative in automating and continuously improving FP&A processes, management controls, and reporting.
  • Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs, proposing actions for improvement results.
  • Actively participate in the company’s strategic projects, including operations expansion, new business, and evaluation of investment opportunities.
  • Serve as a technical reference in the FP&A area, supporting the development of other team members.

About you:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
  • Previous experiences in corporate financial planning, controlling or FP&A.
  • Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of databases is a plus.
  • PowerPoint proficiency.
  • English proficiency (mandatory).
