We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic professional to lead marketing performance and budget management across LATAM markets. This role plays a key part in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing investments, and enhancing the effectiveness of marketing and e-commerce initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration experience in a regional or multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budget planning, allocation, and tracking across LATAM markets, ensuring optimal ROI and alignment with business priorities
  • Develop data-driven strategic recommendations to support marketing and e-commerce initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and e-commerce activities, identifying optimization opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights and visibility to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, CRM/Data) to align strategies and improve execution
  • Support strategic planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual), including forecasting and performance reviews
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities, proactively driving enhancements
  • Act as a bridge between data, marketing, and business teams, ensuring insights are transformed into concrete actions

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Planning, Marketing Analytics, or related fields
  • Proven experience in budget management and performance optimization
  • Strong background in data analysis, marketing intelligence, and performance tracking
  • Experience working in regional or multi-country environments (LATAM experience is a plus)
  • Previous exposure to e-commerce, digital marketing, or consumer electronics industries is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of financial planning and budget control principles
  • Solid expertise in marketing performance measurement and attribution models
  • Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, traffic, AOV, revenue, funnel performance)
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and frameworks
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Understanding of CRM and digital marketing ecosystems (paid media, email, analytics tools) is a plus
  • Experience with process improvement and optimization methodologies is an advantage
