As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Legal & Compliance Coordinator to support our operations by overseeing labor relations, occupational health & safety, compliance processes, whistleblowing channels, and union relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Centralize, track, and manage labor-related claims, processes, and demands.
  • Act as the primary liaison between external legal counsel, the Corporate Legal team, and local operations.
  • Monitor and manage all Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and labor compliance documentation.
  • Maintain a strong partnership with Occupational Health & Safety service providers.
  • Oversee company compliance processes, including the administration and follow-up of whistleblower channels.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, deadlines, and legal obligations.
  • Identify and mitigate legal, compliance, and people-related risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across compliance and labor processes.
  • Develop, facilitate, and monitor training programs to strengthen compliance awareness and team development.
  • Ensure high-quality execution and delivery of all assigned responsibilities.
  • Advise and support leaders on employee relations matters and people management practices.
  • Conduct regular visits to airport lounges to strengthen relationships with frontline teams and identify opportunities for support and development.
  • Promote the company culture by embodying our core values, building trust, and leading by example.
  • Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
  • Experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Positive attitude with adaptability to change.
  • Strong learning agility, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative teamwork approach.
