We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to help drive growth in the industrial turbocharger market. In this role, you’ll shape go‑to‑market strategies, build a strong opportunity pipeline, and support cross‑functional execution. You’ll focus on market intelligence, partner/channel development, and value proposition creation—working closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to advance key opportunities with OEMs, distributors, and end users

Main Responsibilitie
- s:Drive new business in the industrial turbocharger segment and support market expansion through segmentation and partner developmen
- t.Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key partners while acting as the technical–business link between Garrett and customer
- s.Qualify and mature opportunities before handoff to Sale
- s.Develop business cases and solution concept
- s.Track trends, competitors, regulations, and emerging tec
- h.Provide insights to guide product and marketing decision
- s.Maintain accurate CRM pipeline data and partner insights and deliver reports on pipeline health and market potentia
