About the Role
We are looking for a Loss Prevention Supervisor to lead and oversee the execution of Loss Prevention operations, ensuring the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies, compliance with internal controls, and operational excellence across the logistics network.
This role is responsible for driving performance, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading Team Leaders and supporting the development of Monitoring Specialists (CCTV) and Operational Auditors. The Supervisor will serve as a key partner to the Loss Prevention leadership team, providing operational insights, strengthening security controls, and ensuring the consistent execution of prevention and investigation processes.
The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership, analytical capabilities, and operational expertise to deliver a secure, compliant, and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily execution of Loss Prevention activities, ensuring operational continuity and effectiveness.
- Ensure adequate staffing, coverage, and resource allocation across monitoring and audit functions.
- Monitor operational performance indicators, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Drive adherence to policies, procedures, and security standards across the operation.
- Conduct field validations, operational reviews, and Gemba Walks to assess process effectiveness.
- Support incident management activities, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Manage, coach, and develop Team Leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and talent development initiatives.
- Build and maintain a high-performance environment focused on engagement, ownership, and operational discipline.
- Support succession planning and capability development within the team.
- Oversee the execution and quality of Loss Prevention audits.
- Ensure consistency of audit methodologies, sampling processes, and reporting standards.
- Monitor compliance metrics, audit findings, and operational deviations.
- Drive corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring accountability and traceability.
- Lead process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational controls.
- Ensure the effectiveness of CCTV monitoring operations and related security controls.
- Oversee image review activities, evidence management, and incident documentation processes.
- Support investigations by conducting root cause analysis and identifying preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with access control procedures and physical security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Security Management, or related fields.
- Advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Proven experience in: Loss Prevention, People Leadership, Logistics or Supply Chain Operations, Operational Audits, Physical Security and Risk Management
