  • Our client is a multinational company in the automotive sector located in São Bernardo do Campo.
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits for blue-collar, white-collar, and executive populations, ensuring competitive and compliant reward practices across LATAM.
  • Lead compensation projects, including salary surveys, benchmarking, job evaluation, and executive compensation studies.
  • Oversee job architecture activities such as job creation, modification, reclassification, and salary structure management.
  • Monitor labor and wage legislation to ensure full compliance with local and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and execute annual compensation cycles (merit, promotions, structural adjustments) and develop financial models to assess budget impact.
  • Manage the performance evaluation concept for White and Blue Collars, training the HR BPs and assessing improvement points each cycle. Coordinate related topics such as goal agreement cycles as well.
  • Manage the full portfolio of employee benefits, including vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and benefit optimization based on market trends.
  • Lead corporate recognition programs and design both monetary and non‑monetary recognition initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and cultural impact.
  • Track KPIs and analytics related to compensation, benefits, and recognition to support data‑driven decision‑making for leadership.
  • Govern HR policies related to rewards and people practices, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regional compliance.
  • Support HRBPs and leaders in interpreting and applying policies and reward practices, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Drive Corporate Policies management, ensuring alignment, compliance and risk mitigation
  • Coordinate new policy development ensuring timely application and up to date information in local repositories and sources.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate team members, fostering high performance, strong communication, collaboration and innovation.
  • Foster an operational excellence mindset, through the implementation of data-driven KPIs, dashboards and artificial intelligence tools.

Experience, Specific Knowledge & Soft Skills

  • Previous experience in leading HR strategic topics and partnering with business leaders to support organizational goals is mandatory (minimum 3 years).
  • Proven knowledge of Compensation & Benefits practices, including salary structures and benchmark mandatory (minimum 3 years).
  • Knowledge of recognition programs that support employee engagement and cultural reinforcement.
  • Previous experience in leading and developing HR teams, fostering engagement, performance, and strong communication mandatory (minimum 3 years).
  • Previous experience in driving change management initiatives and supporting organizational development efforts.
  • Proven experience in automating and/or implementing artificial intelligence processes and solutions.
  • Previous experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing strategic HR guidance mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions mandatory
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation abilities, with a proven capacity to influence and engage stakeholders is mandatory.
  • Strong focus on fostering a high‑performance culture, coupled with self‑motivation to lead innovation and drive digital transformation initiatives.
