Position Summary:

The Vice President, Commercial – LATAM is a senior executive responsible for driving commercial strategy, revenue growth, and go-to-market execution across the Latin America region.

This leader oversees General Sales, Specialty Digital Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, Client Engagement, Sales Operations, and Marketing to ensure coordinated market execution and sustained customer value. The VP will partner closely with the CRO and global functional leaders to align the LATAM commercial strategy to enterprise priorities, revenue goals, and long-term growth plans.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished commercial leader with deep multi-country LATAM experience, a strong digital sales background, and a proven ability to scale teams, build customer-centric operating models, and drive cross-functional alignment.
