1、业绩目标负责 / Sales Target Ownership
承接总部年度销售指标,拆解月度、季度区域销售目标,制定落地销售计划与增长策略,对巴西区域整体销量、回款、市场份额负最终责任,确保年度业绩达成。
Undertake annual sales targets from headquarters, decompose monthly and quarterly goals, implement localized sales and growth strategies, and take final accountability for regional sales volume, payment collection and market share to ensure annual target delivery.
2、新渠道开拓 / New Channel Development (Core Duty)
深度调研巴西本地市场,主动挖掘、洽谈、签约优质经销商、代理商及各类合作渠道,完成渠道从0到1的突破与增量拓展,持续优化渠道结构,扩大品牌本地市场覆盖率。
Conduct in-depth local market research in Brazil, explore, negotiate and sign high-quality distributors and agents, achieve 0-to-1 channel breakthroughs and incremental growth, continuously optimize channel structure and expand local market coverage.
3、存量渠道维护与赋能 / Existing Channel Management & Empowerment
负责现有合作渠道的日常客情维护、动销跟进、库存与价格体系管理;针对渠道痛点提供销售、市场、产品全方位赋能,提升渠道存活率、动销能力与复购产出,稳定存量基本盘。
Maintain daily relationships with existing channel partners, track product sales and inventory, and manage local pricing systems. Provide comprehensive sales, marketing and product empowerment to improve partner activity, sales efficiency and repurchase performance, and stabilize existing business base.
4、本地市场运营 / Local Market Operation
常驻圣保罗,实时跟进巴西行业动态、竞品策略与市场需求变化,落地本地化推广方案;参与本地展会与商务对接,持续提升品牌本地影响力。
Reside in São Paulo full-time, keep track of local industry trends, competitor strategies and market demands, implement localized promotion plans, attend local exhibitions and business events to enhance brand influence in Brazil.
5、数据复盘与总部协同 / Reporting & Cross-team Collaboration
定期输出市场数据分析、业务进度复盘与风险汇报,同步本地需求与资源诉求,对接总部完成产品、政策、资源协同,保障业务良性、可持续增长。
Regularly deliver market analysis, business review and risk reports, synchronize local business demands, and collaborate with headquarters on product, policy and resource support to ensure sustainable business growth.
【任职要求 / Job Requirements】
1、语言能力:葡萄牙语及中文听说读写流利,可完全独立开展本地商务工作;
Language:Fluent in Portuguese and mandarin (listening, speaking, reading and writing) with full independent local business capability;
2、驻场要求:接受长期常驻巴西圣保罗工作,适应海外驻外工作节奏与生活环境;
Residency:Willing to work and reside in São Paulo, Brazil on a long-term basis;
3、经验能力:有软件、互联网相关公司的实际项目经验,具备拉美/巴西市场渠道销售、经销商开发与管理经验,熟悉海外B2B渠道运作模式,拥有真实渠道拓新与业绩落地案例;
Experience & Competencies: Hands-on project experience in software and internet enterprises; solid track record in channel sales, distributor development and management covering Latin America and Brazil; well-versed in the operation of overseas B2B channels, with proven successful cases of new channel expansion and sales target delivery.
4、综合素质:具备独立操盘区域业务能力、优秀的商务谈判与资源整合能力,结果导向、抗压能力强、自律性高,可独立应对海外复杂市场问题。
Competencies:Strong independent regional operation capability, excellent business negotiation and resource integration skills, result-oriented, high pressure resistance and self-discipline, capable of handling complex overseas market challenges independently.
