Dahua Technology Brazil is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist Analyst to support and drive key HR initiatives across multiple HR functions. This role will work closely with managers and employees, contributing to talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR operations.

Responsabilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Job Qualification programs.
  • Support employee relations, internal communication, and organizational alignment.
  • Promote company culture, cross-cultural collaboration, and team integration between local and global teams.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, team building events, and culture initiatives.
  • Support compensation management processes, including salary review, bonus calculation, benefits administration, and market benchmarking.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare workforce analytics reports.
  • Participate in regional and global HR projects.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian Labor Law (CLT).
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English.
  • Mandarin proficiency will be considered a plus.
