Job Responsibilities:
- Assists sales in customer evaluations and pre-sale situations by presenting the clinical applications that corresponds with the product features being presented in order to bridge the gap between the sales process and the clinical application.
- Provides support and troubleshooting to distributors and/or end users by telephone or visiting the account and identifying the critical issues (whether they be education, product, hospital, or departmental issues) and works to find solutions to those issues. The solution may involve Product Management, Technical Support, Service, or Hospital Personnel.
- Conducts in-servicing for the full line of products by identifying customer needs and setting the training schedule and agenda to accommodate those customer needs. These in-services provide customers with the clinical application of our product line in all departments of customers
- Conducts follow up visits and phone calls to maintain a constant and open relationship with the customer in order to promote the continued education and use of the Mindray Animal Care IVD product line. Acts as a liaison between the customer and other departments of Mindray Animal Care such as Technical Support, Service, Engineering and Product Management to find answers to customer specific questions
- Aggregate and track the common feedback/issues. Work with product management or engineering teams to identify improvement areas.
- Participate the events including exhibitions, workshops, seminars.
- Conduct clinical, product training to internal sales team and distributor team.
Job Requirements:
- DVM or Vet Pathologist is preferred; may have other specialty clinical training in combination with 2 – 3 years of hand on experience.
- At least 8 years active clinical experience in veterinary specialty areas directly using Hematology Analyzer,Biochemical Analyzer,Immunoassay Analyzer,Urine Analyzer,Molecular Analyzer
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface with many levels of marketing, sales, and engineering personnel at the divisional or corporate level as well as with all levels of hospital personnel including Surgeons, Hospital Administrators, Vet technicians and Purchasing Agents
- Independent and self-motivated such that they can act without constant supervision
- Able to travel up to 70% of the time or whatever is required to meet customer needs in LATAM region.
- Able to work under flexible hours and attend meeting across different time zones
