Finance Procurement Operations Partner

About the Role
We are seeking a Business Partner, Finance Procurement Operations to support Marketing teams across LATAM. This role will be part of the Finance Procurement Operations team, partnering with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Legal, Tax, FP&A, Accounting, and Marketing stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end procurement and finance operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end finance procurement processes, including supplier onboarding, purchase orders (POs), change orders, and invoice reviews.
- Assist with expense coding, month-end accruals, and budget/forecast variance analysis.
- Manage operational requests from stakeholders and support finance/procurement process improvements.
- Partner with AP, Supplier Operations, and P2P teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
- Learn and leverage tools such as Workday, Anaplan, Evisort, Draper, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms.
Requirements
- Experience in Finance Operations, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounting, or FP&A.
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals, including GL coding, cost centers, accruals, and expense management.
- Hands-on experience with purchase orders, invoices, and supplier management.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work with financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Availability to work onsite in São Paulo, Brazil.
