ABOUT THE ROLE
Bloquo is a fintech infrastructure company specializing in stablecoin settlement, cross-border payments, and VaaS (VASP-as-a-Service) for financial institutions. We’re growing our commercial operation and looking for a junior analyst to support the team’s day-to-day work, with a focus on organization, CRM, and operational support for the sales team.
GET TO KNOW OUR CHALLENGE
We’re looking for someone to join Bloquo’s commercial team, focused on supporting operations and relationships with partner financial institutions. This role involves close interaction with the sales team, business partners, and internal departments — ensuring agility, accuracy, and consistency across the commercial workflow. At a moment of accelerated growth for Bloquo in the cross-border payments and stablecoin market, this position is essential to maintaining operational quality, strengthening the client experience, and contributing directly to consistent commercial results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Keep the CRM updated with information on prospects, opportunities, and deal status
• Organize and prioritize tasks and follow-ups across the commercial pipeline
• Assist with communication with clients and partners (email, WhatsApp, meetings)
• Support new client onboarding processes, including document collection and KYC/KYB
• Organize meetings, reports, and internal controls for the team
• Log and organize feedback from prospects and clients to inform adjustments to the commercial approach
• Support meeting preparation (background research on the prospect, putting together materials, minutes, and next steps)
• Track deadlines and pending items on active deals, making sure no opportunity goes without follow-up
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Finance, or a related field
• Organized, proactive profile with strong written communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced English (reading and writing — communication with international partners)
• Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, or similar)
• Autonomy and discipline for hybrid work
• Based in São Paulo (capital)
NICE TO HAVES (NOT REQUIRED)
◆ Experience in fintech or financial markets
◆ Knowledge of international payments or FX
◆ Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.)
◆ Spanish or another additional language
